CLAUSE IN REGULATION

All participants must fill in the Responsible Declaration and present it during bib pick-up. Handing in this declaration duly signed will be an essential condition to be able to participate in the OXFAM INTERMÓN TRAILWALKER.

AFFIDAVIT - I declare under my own responsibility:

* That I am aware of the Terms and Conditions and the Sporting Regulations of the OXFAM INTERMÓN TRAILWALKER, I agree to comply with it during my participation in the event and I know and accept the consequences of any non-compliance including the exclusion from the event of my entire team.

* That in the case of participating in the 10 kilometer test and a minor is registered in the team, I will present the AUTHORIZATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF LIABILITY TW 10 kilometers in the collection of numbers

* That I exonerate the organisation, collaborators, sponsors and other participants from any responsibility for any physical or material damage that may occur to my person due to non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, the Sporting Regulations and the Covid-19 Protocol.

* That I consent to the processing of the personal data collected in this declaration in accordance with Oxfam Intermón's Privacy Policy. The OXFAM INTERMÓN FOUNDATION will only process this personal data in order to ensure the smooth running of the OXFAM INTERMÓN TRAILWALKER, the health and safety of all its participants. Personal data will not be passed on to other entities, except to public administrations, auditing companies, law enforcement agencies or security forces, in accordance with legal obligations. Personal data will not be subject to automated decisions.
